Leader of the Engineering team responsible for the Atlassian’s flagship product Jira Server as well as Crowd, Bamboo, Fisheye and Crucible. Coach and mentor of leaders. In the past he led Engineering of Wikia to become Top 20 most popular US website having more than 180 million monthly unique visitors. In OpenX he helped create the world’s most popular open source ad server and one of the first Internet’s advertising real-time bidding system. He also led teams which created the Poland’s most popular digital library and helped parents and schoolchildren get through confusing high school recruitment process with an Internet distributed school admission system in the times of dial-up connections.
