How to get ready for the future of work
Work is becoming more and more complex with every passing day. Multiple and often conflicting goals and constraints plague almost every project and all of them are backed by good reasons. In order to catch up with the demanding reality, organizations chase the newest management fads which promise a bright future after implementing simple solutions.
